About QC Canine Consulting
Jody Lorence has been training dogs in a professional environment for more than two decades.
Jody has attended dozens of courses that have been delivered by the best trainers and researchers in the field of dog training in North America. These courses have been based in the most current knowledge in the field both from a research perspective but also in practical application. These are real world courses delivered by the best of the best and not quick online dog training courses that claim to designate someone as a dog trainer.
Jody has been trained in best practice for: conditioning dogs in obedience work, scent detection, canine tracking, canine open air searching, canine first aid, and ethical use of electronic collars. Combined with better than 20 years training and operating in the world of law enforcement canine work; this knowledge and experience will be shared with you for the benefit of you and your pet.
Jody has attended several law enforcement national competitions in canine work. He has placed high at several of these canine trials with his canine partners, winning several events at those trials.
Jody has been trusted by multiple law enforcement agencies in Saskatchewan to assist with their training programs.
Jody has experience raising and imprinting puppies to get their best start whether it be at home as pets or as working dogs.
